Using a content-management system (CMS) as Kheper, all the data of your website and your extranet are stored in a database. We will help you to initialize the system:
by creating access for referenced users;
by creating user groups, which will define the access rights of everyone;
by structuring website and extranet menus;

3 - We are having a regular monitoring of your extranet
Every six months, we send you a usability report of your website and your extranet. The report lists the good points and progress to be made that we have identified. Each contribution is accompanied by an illustrated recommendation on the best way to improve the usability of your system with the tools at your disposal.
