 | Define a communication charter | |
As we have seen, many people may be entitled to enrich the content of the web site or certain parts of the intranet. You are strongly advised to supervise the layout with few simple guidelines, which correspond to a communication charter:
police used (font, size)
- text attributes in a paragraph: bold, italic, authorized colors
- text attribute for a link in a paragraph (preferrably blue underlined)
- text alignment
- size of online images
- writing guidelines: page size, length of paragraphs
