| Avoid frustrating webusers | |
A frustrated webuser leaves your website within 5 seconds. The worst frustrations :- server error message ("SQL error at line 75 ...")
- dead end : you havemade a mistake, but it is not possible to go back
- you don't have the authorisations to acces the listed pages
- there a vertical menu and an horizontal menu, but it is not possible to understand what is the purpose of each menu
- you click 3 times on a "more detail" link, but at the end you never have more detail

| Clear and simple : the best way to interest people | |
| Unless when writing detailed presentation pages, which page is going to be printed and read later, you should write clear and quickly understandable pages. Webuser should be able to get immediately the general structure of the website, where he is at anytime, and how the current page is structured. | |
